You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Wiser Monthly portal and then your subscription will terminate on the last day of that month. After your Wiser Monthly subscription terminates you have 30 days to return any loaned equipment, though you are welcome to do so earlier if you prefer.

We hope you're happy with your Wiser Monthly subscription, but if you cancel the Wiser Monthly subscription service within 14 days of the contract formation (commonly known as the "cooling-off period") we'll refund you for the subscription payment you’ve already been charged. Get in touch with our Customer Care team wiser.monthly@se.com and we'll organise a refund for you.

Following your cancellation request, you will receive an email inclusive of a complimentary shipping label for the hassle-free return of the equipment to us. Upon our receipt of the returned shipment, a confirmation email will be sent to you, acknowledging the successful delivery of the loaned equipment.

It is important to note that failure to return the loaned equipment within 30 days from the date of termination or cancellation may result in liability for the retail or replacement value, as determined by us at the time of termination or cancellation. We reserve the right to invoice you for the unreturned equipment, and you agree to promptly settle such charges upon receipt of the invoice.

We provide a lifetime warranty for the Wiser Kit (including all loaned equipment) during the Term of the Contract (subject to terms and conditions).

Repairs and replacements are covered free of charge (subject to terms and conditions). For technical support please contact 0333 6000 622 to obtain a ticket number after which you should email us at wiser.monthly@se.com with details of the fault and ticket number so we can organise a repair or replacement for you.

You can do this by logging in to your Wiser Monthly portal to add additional radiator thermostats or smart plugs to your Wiser Monthly subscription.

No problem, you can take the kit with you. Your subscription can be transferred to your new address.

Kindly acknowledge that the loaned equipment must be returned in a clean, undamaged, and fully functional condition, accounting for normal wear and tear. The determination of the equipment's condition rests solely with our discretion.

No, as noted in the Terms and Conditions, the Wiser Kit will always remain the property of Schneider Electric Controls UK Limited and you will need to return it if you cancel it.

The kit will come with a set of batteries. The replacement batteries are not included in the cost of the subscription.
