Need to return a product purchased from our online shop? No problem, follow the steps below to return your items. We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receipt.

Find your order number

This will be on the email you received when you first placed your order. If you can't find your order number visit our contact page and enter your details.

Register your return

Fill in the Contact Us form to request a product return. Once submitted we'll email you with further instructions and your return label.

Print your return label

Check your emails for your return instructions and label, then fix it securely to the package using clear tape.

Send us the product

Drop off the package to your nearest DHL drop-off point.

Tips for packing your return

Include the packing slip in with the products.

Use an appropriate box and cushioning material, then close the package with secure tape.

If reusing packaging, remove or black out old shipping label information and any barcodes and QR codes.

Securely attach the return shipping label provided to the outside of the package using clear tape.

Return Conditions

Items ordered via the Wiser Shop can be returned within the 30-day cooling-off period, as long as the products have not been used, are in their new, original condition and are provided with the original factory packaging and instructions. Please make sure that the product does not get dirty or damaged while in your possession.

If products are not in the same condition as when you received them, we reserve the right to deduct money from the refund to cover the costs.
