Tips for packing your return
Include the packing slip in with the products.
Use an appropriate box and cushioning material, then close the package with secure tape.
If reusing packaging, remove or black out old shipping label information and any barcodes and QR codes.
Securely attach the return shipping label provided to the outside of the package using clear tape.
Return Conditions
Items ordered via the Wiser Shop can be returned within the 30-day cooling-off period, as long as the products have not been used, are in their new, original condition and are provided with the original factory packaging and instructions. Please make sure that the product does not get dirty or damaged while in your possession.
If products are not in the same condition as when you received them, we reserve the right to deduct money from the refund to cover the costs.

What happens after I submit my return?
After submission, we'll keep you informed on the status of your return via email and we aim to process your return within 5 working days of receipt.
My product arrived damaged and I want to return it
If an item is received damaged, please use our contact form to let us know. Please note that photographic evidence may be requested to process your return, we ask for as much detail as possible about the damage, so that we can find the most appropriate solution for you.
My product is faulty or defective
Before returning a faulty or defective item please contact the Wiser Technical Support team as most faults can be resolved over the phone or via email. The Wiser Technical Support Team can be contacted about faults and defects on 0333 6000 622 (option 2), or email support@schneider-electric.zendesk.com.

I want to cancel my return request
It's ok to change your mind. As long as you haven't yet dropped off your return at the drop-off point, just let our customer services know. We can then ensure that the return request is cancelled.
How do I drop off items for return?
You can drop off your package at your chosen parcel drop-off point.
Will it cost me to return a Wiser product?
There's nothing for you to pay when returning a Wiser product purchased from our online shop.
I didn't receive an email after I submitted the return
If you've just submitted a return form, it may take a few minutes for you to receive your confirmation email, and remember to check your junk or spam inbox.
Your return request will be assessed by us after completing and submitting the online return. After that, you'll receive status updates by email and we'll do our best to process your return as quickly as possible. If you haven't received any communication from us after 10 working days from the date of you returning the items, please contact our customer care team.
