What is the Wiser Non-relay Hub and what does it do?

The Wiser Non-relay Hub is the central controller for your Wiser smart home system. It connects all Wiser devices—sensors, modules, detectors, and enables remote control, automation, and monitoring via the Wiser Home app and smart speakers. It can also be paired with the Wiser Underfloor Heating Controller to control water-based underfloor heating or Wiser Electrical Heat Switch to control electric underfloor heating and towel rails.

Can I use the Wiser Non-relay Hub to control my central heating or boiler?

If you would like to control your central heating, as well as experience the benefits of Wiser smart home devices, you’ll need a Wiser 2nd Generation HubR. The R stands for relay, which are required to control a boiler.

Is the Wiser Non-relay Hub easy to install and set up?
