Does the Wiser Room Thermostat require a Wiser Hub?

Yes. At the centre of every Wiser system is the Wiser Hub, which allows Wiser devices to connect with the Wiser Home app.

Do I have to have a Wiser Room Thermostat if I’m using Wiser Radiator Thermostats?

If you have Wiser Radiator Thermostats in a room, it's not necessary to also add a Wiser Room Thermostat. In some circumstances you may find it useful to have a Wiser Room Stat and Wiser Radiator Thermostats in the same room, for example if radiators are in an enclosed space and you'd like to move temperature sensing further from the heat source.

Is the Wiser Room Thermostat wireless?

Yes, the Wiser Room Thermostat wirelessly connects to your Wiser system, meaning no wiring is required and it can easily be reassigned to different rooms or locations.
