Do I need to drain my system to fit new valve bodies to use the Wiser Radiator Thermostats?

You shouldn’t need to drain down your system if your radiators have existing mechanical TRVs. The Wiser Radiator Thermostats are supplied with two adaptors, which provide compatibility with around 90% of UK valve bodies.

Are Wiser Smart Radiator Thermostats compatible with my current Wiser Hub?

Yes. Wiser Smart Radiator Thermostats are compatible with both 1st and 2nd generation Wiser hubs.

Do I need a Wiser hub to use Wiser Radiator Thermostats?

You'll need either a Wiser 1st or 2nd generation hub to connect Wiser Radiator Thermostats to your heating system.
