Wiser sponsors Exeter Chiefs ahead of Rugby World Cup Japan 2019

Premiership league

Exeter Chiefs made the final of the Gallagher Premiership after finishing at the top of the league earlier this year. The Devon based rugby union team are the only club to win the top four tiers of English rugby, winning the Premiership in 2017, RFU Championship in 2010, National League 1 in 1997 and National League 2 South in 1996. The South West based team have also won the Anglo-Welsh Cup twice, most recently in 2018.

Making the journey to play in the World Cup are three Exeter Chiefs players, Jack Nowell (33 caps), Henry Slade (22 caps) and Luke Cowan-Dickie (12 caps). The three players are all from the South West and will make a huge impact in getting the England team to the final stages of the competition.
