They work by connecting to your home Wi-Fi network so they can be operated through an app on your smartphone or voice assistant, such as Alexa and Google Assistant. Once connected, the smart TRVs monitor the room temperature and make adjustments based on the settings or schedule you’ve set up.

Simple Integration of Smart TRVs

You’ll start with one of Wiser’s smart thermostat kit that includes the Heat Hub^R - the brain of the system. Once you’re up and running with a smart thermostat, all you need to do is add some smart thermostatic radiator valves to your system. Our smart TRVs are easy to install and fit on most existing radiator valves with the capacity to add up to 63 devices per system. Once installed, add the device to your system via wireless pairing and give it a name – for example, ‘Living room’ and set up an optimised schedule. Once you have enough smart TRVs added you can opt to set up ‘zones’, rather than heating each room individually. For example, if you lived in a 2 or 3 story house then each story could be its own zone.
